The Associated Press seeks an enterprising journalist with a proven track record of identifying, verifying and sourcing user-generated content to join our global team and work as a producer in Bangkok or London. This is a temporary position ending December 31, 2026. Responsibilities: In this role, you will work to source, acquire, validate and produce user generated content around daily news and set piece events that meets AP’s editorial standards. You will regularly use AP Verify, AP’s verification and collaboration platform, and you’ll provide technical feedback and contribute to training staff in using AP Verify. You will be comfortable working in multiple media formats and must have the ability and willingness to work any shift, including at night and on weekends, or as coverage demands, as AP is a 24/7 operation. |
