MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit high-quality and on-brief video content, fully aligned with brand strategy.
- Create and amplify highly engaging content designed for all club and social platforms.
- Understand what styles perform strongly across individual social and club platforms.
- Work closely with all departments to consider brand style and creativity in our production.
- Participate strongly in creative development meetings and presentations.
- Propose new styles and trends to consider in our creative editing.
- Work across multiple projects at the same time and under varying time pressures, whilst ensuring consistent high-quality output.
- Ensure that videos are optimized for various social media platforms to maximize engagement, visibility, and reach.
- Liaise with project leads to understand briefs, adding insight and advice on video trends and best practices.
- Mix audio and apply basic colour correction.
- Attend and participate in internal / external content briefing sessions, contributing ideas, as well as considering edit style and pre-production techniques.
- Research best in class video editing techniques, trends and styles from across the sports and entertainment world – share this knowledge with the wider team.
