Reuters is seeking a talented video leader for its Los Angeles bureau. The candidate will have a proven track record of leading a busy news agenda and large teams, with a passion for both hard news and entertainment coverage. You will be passionate about telling the stories of diverse communities and providing voices from a range of perspectives. The position requires excellent news judgment, the ability to handle several stories simultaneously and produce excellent live and edited video stories at speed. You will manage a team of producers and video journalists both in LA and remote bureaus. Excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate teams remotely are essential. You will be part of a team of managers working closely with video, text and photo colleagues across the North America. |
