U.S. President Joe Biden will reschedule his visit to Berlin, after canceling due to Hurricane Milton. Biden is expected to arrive in Berlin on Thursday evening and will meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Friday. The originally planned program has been significantly shortened.
